You are charged monthly on the same date you initially subscribed. Example: If you subscribed on the 15th, billing occurs on the 15th of every month.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and PayU (payu.in). PayU supports multiple payment options including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. To change plans, cancel your current plan and then subscribe to a new one.

Q: What happens if I exceed my token limit?

NoxYAI does not use token-based limits. Free plan: Access to basic models with unlimited usage. Pro plan: Unlimited access to all models with no restrictions.

Q: How do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days and only for technical problems that prevent proper usage. Each request is reviewed individually.

Yes. Pro users can switch models at any time. Please note that the new model will not retain context from earlier messages in the conversation.
